It will be news to no one that late nights on bar-lined streets leads to some reckless behaviour. To raise awareness about the dangers of jaywalking, the City of Edmonton needed a tongue-in-cheek way of asking folks to stay safe without being dismissed as a helicopter parent. We designed and built a proprietary arcade game from scratch that was deployed near popular Edmonton watering holes. People stopped, stared, played, and learned that the sexiest way you can cross the street – is safely.
